I would like to sincerely thank the school for the patience, positive energy, and professionalism shown throughout my experience. The staff are consistently respectful and attentive, and I truly appreciate how they take the time to remind students about lessons while understanding that people can have busy schedules and may occasionally forget things.
I also want to give a special thank you to my instructor, Juan Carlos. After having previously failed my driving test three times, I really needed someone patient, supportive, and encouraging. Juan Carlos exceeded that expectation. He is not only kind and approachable, but also very committed to helping his students improve in a way that makes them feel comfortable and confident.
Unlike many instructors who may have a strict or harsh teaching style, Juan Carlos is the complete opposite. He is open-minded, positive, and genuinely makes each lesson enjoyable. He adapts his teaching to fit the student’s learning style, which makes a huge difference because every person learns differently.
On my fourth attempt, I finally passed, and I truly credit San Juan Driving School and my instructor Juan Carlos for their support and guidance. I am very grateful for the experience. The entire team made me feel like part of a family, even calling me personally to congratulate me with genuine happiness, which meant a lot to me.
